I have spent much of my life walking alongside folks through seasons of grief, spiritual transition, uncertainty, healing, and change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the past three decades, my work has included spiritual care, grief support, pastoral accompaniment, teaching, writing, retreat leadership, and compassionate listening in both community and healthcare settings. Along the way, I have sat with people navigating loss, illness, questions of faith, relational struggles, spiritual exhaustion, and the deeper work of becoming more fully human.<\/p>\n

My approach to care is grounded in compassion, thoughtful faith, emotional honesty, and the belief that healing and transformation rarely happen through pressure, certainty, or quick answers. More often, they unfold slowly through presence, reflection, courage, relationship, and the quiet work of learning how to live more honestly and lovingly in the world.<\/p>\n

I am deeply inspired by contemplative spirituality, Open and Relational Theology, grief work, and the evolving understanding that human beings are shaped not only by what we believe, but by how we love, relate, heal, and grow together.<\/p>\n

People often describe my approach as grounded, thoughtful, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I try to create spaces where people can breathe a little more deeply, reflect honestly, ask difficult questions, and reconnect with what matters most.<\/p>\n

Academically, I hold a Master of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and a Master of Arts in Theology & Culture. I am also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and have served in pastoral care, spiritual care, and community leadership roles for many years.<\/p>\n

I live and work on the prairies of southern Alberta, Canada, on the unceded traditional territory of the Siksikaitsitapi \u2014 the Blackfoot Confederacy \u2014 which includes the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations. I also acknowledge that this region is part of the traditional homeland of the M\u00e9tis Nation. The wide prairie landscapes, foothills, and the deep sense of connection woven through this land continue to shape both my life and my work.<\/p>\n

But beyond credentials, I simply care deeply about people and the difficult, meaningful, and sacred realities of being human.<\/p>\n

Whether someone is navigating grief, spiritual transition, uncertainty, or simply longing for a more grounded and compassionate way of living, my hope is to offer thoughtful companionship for the journey.<\/p>\n
