This process is rooted in deep respect for the individual&#8217;s unique spiritual path and aims to help them recognize and respond to the presence and movement of the divine in their lives.<\/p>\n<p>It is a process that encourages self-reflection, growth, and a deeper understanding of one&#8217;s spiritual experiences and beliefs. Spiritual direction is often tailored to the individual&#8217;s unique spiritual path and can be a valuable resource for those seeking to explore their faith more deeply.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Spiritual Direction?<\/h2>\n<p>A person&#8217;s spirituality and relationship with God are uniquely intimate. Often it has its share of uncertainties, practical concerns, and nagging doubts. This doesn&#8217;t make you unfaithful &#8211; just human, living faith in real life. Spiritual Direction is for those who are on a spiritual journey and intuitively know there is so much more to life than what they are currently experiencing.<\/p>\n<p>Spiritual Direction is helpful for those who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are learning new rhythms and ways of being spiritual\/faithful in the world.<\/li>\n<li>Have their share of doubts and questions and want a safe place to explore them.<\/li>\n<li>Seek to discern and respond to the invitations of the Spirit.<\/li>\n<li>Are in transition and discerning the next steps in their life.<\/li>\n<li>Are burnt out on Church or have been spiritually abused and are looking for new ways of relationship with the Divine and the world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Life-giving spirituality makes us more human, not less. It is my heartfelt conviction that God&#8217;s very essence is Love. God can&#8217;t help but love. The God-who-is-love is, therefore, deeply relational and Uncontrolling.
