Let&#8217;s not lose sight that the goal of this journey is to become more authentic, more whole &#8211; more w-holy. \u00a0 Living well is truly the artistry of the soul!<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">6. <strong>Mature, but don&#8217;t grow up too fast.<\/strong> \u00a0When we talk about maturing, it is maturing into who we really are and not who others think we should be. \u00a0This\u00a0adventure\u00a0will be full of life &#8211; that means full of ups and downs, but we understand that we live to grow and mature into loving whole people. \u00a0This doesn&#8217;t mean we rush it &#8211; the truth is this\u00a0authentic\u00a0growth is a process and has to be lived &#8211; can&#8217;t buy it, can&#8217;t shortcut it &#8211; life is lived. \u00a0Have fun with this too! \u00a0Some of us can get far too serious and forget to laugh and enjoy along the way!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">7. <strong>\u00a0I was once asked whether it is better to be right or loving<\/strong>. \u00a0I don&#8217;t think you can go too far wrong, loving. \u00a0I am reminded of Paul&#8217;s letter to the Church in Corinth when He said we could know all mysteries, work miracles, etc., but they are all rather pointless without love. \u00a0He leaves us with faith, hope and love, and the greatest of these is love!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">8. <strong>Create something<\/strong>. Human beings have the DNA of the\u00a0creator\u00a0&#8211; we were designed to create. \u00a0Look for\u00a0opportunities\u00a0to create &#8211; something lovely, something just, something profound, something simple &#8211; something that expresses your heart in some way. \u00a0This doesn&#8217;t mean it has to be public. It can be very intimate &#8211; for yourself, for God or another you care for. \u00a0This helps you connect in a deeper way with your heart regularly!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">9. <strong>Make mistakes, learn from them and move along.<\/strong> \u00a0The reality is, the people who are really living will make mistakes. \u00a0Not\u00a0malicious\u00a0mistakes, just honest ones. \u00a0The kinds of mistakes of someone who tries but doesn&#8217;t quite work out are well-intentioned but fall short. \u00a0Most of the mistakes we make are not fatal, and if we can learn from them, we have just grown some more. \u00a0If we are honest, we often grow more by learning from our mistakes than our successes. \u00a0Ask forgiveness when necessary, fix it if you can, forgive yourself and get living!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">10. <strong>Live Now!<\/strong> It is said we are all crucified between two thieves- regret of yesterday and fear of tomorrow. \u00a0Living life happens in the present moment. \u00a0The present moment is pregnant with life and needs to be seized in the moment. \u00a0There is just no life living in the past or the future!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"We continue with our 45 simple things to live well. \u00a0While not an exhaustive list, these are good ways to remove clutter by letting some things go and diving into others.
